What can you expect from us

As a Backend Engineer, you'll be part of our BANCOS Banking Core team. You'll help develop core components of our banking solution and ensure we provide our customers with a high-quality, secure, and innovative product

Linux-based systems

Your profile

2-5 years of experience in backend development
Experience with at least one of our core languages (C/C++, Java, or Go)
Solid understanding of relational databases and Linux systems
Ideally, some experience in the European banking or fintech sector
Basic German language skills and fluent English
Interest in modern development practices and clean code

Since its foundation in 1988, G&H Bankensoftware AG has been developing software solutions under the BANCOS brand for precisely this purpose.

The BANCOS solutions are expanding continuously. Our product and service portfolio includes a core banking system, embedded finance, and online banking. In addition, we provide customized software solutions.

In total, more than 80 companies – either directly or via partners – are among our national and international customers and users. To complete our product and service portfolio, we have built an extensive and close-knit partner network in the areas of IT outsourcing and application management. Collaborate closely with product managers and QA engineers in our agile environment

Seit der Gründung 1988 entwickelt die G&H Bankensoftware AG unter der Marke BANCOS Softwarelösungen, die kontinuierlich ausgebaut werden. Unsere Lösungen in den Bereichen Kernbanksystem, Embedded Finance und Online Banking sind bei nationalen wie internationalen Finanzinstituten im Einsatz.
