We're looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Lead New Business to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you'll be responsible for identifying, developing, and closing new sales opportunities within the financial services industry, mostly across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. You'll leverage your extensive network and industry knowledge to build strong relationships with key stakeholders in the banking industry, positioning our solutions as essential tools for their success.
What You'll Do:
  • Drive New Business: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed new business revenue targets.
  • Expertly Navigate the FSI Landscape: Leverage your deep understanding of banking operations, regulatory environments, and digital transformation trends to identify customer needs and pain points.
  • Build & Nurture Relationships: Establish and cultivate strong, long-lasting relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers at target financial institutions.
  • Solution Selling: Articulate the value proposition of our complex software solutions, tailoring presentations and proposals to address specific client challenges.
  • Collaborate Internally: Work closely with our product, marketing, and professional services teams to ensure seamless client engagement and successful solution delivery.
  • Market Insights: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market shifts to inform sales strategies and product development.
What You Bring:
  • Proven Sales Leadership: Extensive experience (min. 5 years) in new business sales, specifically within the software industry.
  • Financial Services Industry Expertise: A deep, demonstrable understanding of the financial services sector, particularly banking. You should be intimately familiar with the challenges, workflows, and strategic priorities of banks.
  • DACH Market Proficiency: Strong command of German (C1/C2 level), both written and spoken, is essential. Experience navigating and successfully selling into the German, Austrian, and Swiss markets is a significant advantage.
  • Complex Solution Selling: A track record of successfully selling high-value, complex software solutions to large enterprises.
  • Strategic Acumen: Ability to develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Exceptional Communication: Outstanding negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
