Diese Aufgaben kommen auf dich zu

Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Softwareinstallationen im Testumfeld
Begleitung von Softwarerollouts in Kundenumgebungen
Unterstützung von Kunden bei der Durchführung von Installationen
Erstellung von Installationsanweisungen zur Durchführung von Softwarerollouts durch externe Dienstleister
Automatisierung von Aufgaben und Rollouts
Usermanagement
Überwachung von IT-Systemen
Zusammenarbeit mit Software-Entwicklern und Projektmanagern
Mitwirkung bei der Weiterentwicklung von Prozessen, Abläufen und Tools

Das bringst du mit

Du hast eine Ausbildung als (Fach-)Informatiker oder vergleichbare Berufserfahrungen
Idealerweise kennst Du Dich mit Linux-Betriebssystemen (z.B. Red Hat) und SQL-Datenbanken aus
Kenntnisse bezüglich Skriptsprachen (sh, ksh, sql) wären wünschenswert
Erfahrungen mit Jenkins sind von Vorteil
Deine Arbeitsweise basiert auf eigenverantwortlichem, selbstständigem und strukturiertem Denken und Handeln
Du bist ein kommunikationsstarker und engagierter Teamplayer mit dem Blick für das Wesentlich
Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sind Voraussetzung

What can you expect from us

You are part of a small team and have the opportunity to work independently and on your own responsibility.

What will your responsibilities involve?

Preparation and deployment of software installations in the test environment
Support of software rollouts in customer environments
Supporting customers in the execution of installations
Creation of installation instructions for the execution of software rollouts by external service providers
Automation of tasks and rollouts
User management
Monitoring of IT systems
Collaboration with software developers and project managers
Participation in the further development of processes, workflows and tools

Your profile

You have an education as a (technical) computer scientist or comparable professional experience
Ideally you are familiar with Linux operating systems (e.g. Red Hat) and SQL databases
Knowledge of scripting languages (sh, ksh, sql) would be desirable
Your way of working is based on self-dependent, independent and structured thinking and acting
You are a strong communicator and committed team player with an eye for the essentials
Very good German and English language skills are required
